Recently, I was honored to be recognized among the 2026 RealTrends Verified rankings of the top 1.5% of residential real estate professionals in America.
The annual RealTrends rankings measure verified residential sales performance from the previous year and highlight the highest performing agents and teams across the country. This year, Sotheby's International Realty once again demonstrated exceptional representation among the nation's top producers, with dozens of advisors and teams recognized across multiple categories.
While I am grateful for the recognition, awards and rankings have never been the reason I do this work. It is for the people who I am able to help on a daily basis.
Every transaction represents a client who placed their trust in me. Every listing represents a homeowner inviting me into one of their most significant financial decisions. Every referral represents confidence earned through experience, communication, and results.
As someone born and raised in Jackson Hole, it is especially meaningful to serve the community that shaped me. Whether helping a family purchase their first home, assisting a longtime local seller, representing a luxury estate, or guiding a client relocating to the Tetons, the responsibility is one I never take lightly.
It's also worth noting that the RealTrends rankings are based solely on residential sales activity. They do not include commercial real estate transactions or vacant land sales, both of which are important parts of my business throughout Wyoming and Idaho. While the recognition reflects residential performance, it captures only a portion of the work my clients entrust me with each year.
Real estate is often discussed in terms of numbers: prices, square footage, acreage, sales volume, and market statistics. Yet behind every number is a person, a family, a goal, or a dream. That is the part of this business I value most.
To my clients, friends, referral partners, colleagues, and community - thank you. Thank you for your trust, your loyalty, and the opportunity to help you navigate important decisions. Your confidence in me is something I work every day to earn.
